________________________________________________________________

As part of your efforts to purchase or lease a vehicle from our dealership, you are electronically signing a credit application, and therein authorized us to obtain your credit report from one or more credit reporting agencies (CRA’s).

The Seller/Dealership is not a lender, and does not lend money to its customers to finance or lease a vehicle. The Seller/Dealership has submitted, or will submit, your loan/lease application to one or more lenders, and will then await their decision on whether to extend credit to you. If any lender denies your credit application, their decision may be based upon your CRA score, and/or other reasons. If your credit application is denied by any lender, you will receive adverse action notices from each of those lenders in the mail, and upon receipt of such a notice, you may write to each lender to determine their specific reason(s) for denying your application for credit.
