              Well, I've bought two cars from Ed Morse...

              Well, I've bought two cars from Ed Morse Cadillac in the past but hesitate to bring my car in because of potential damage that you get from people servicing it. My last experience was the replacement of the garage door unit on the ceiling of my Cadi. When they pulled it down to check for parts replacement, the technician left grease marks all around the unit on my camel colored interior on the ceiling. I was shocked and brought it to the attention of the sales manager which I ended up cleaning. The Sales manager Mike Murphy did a good job and assured it would not happen again and it didn't but you would think ANYONE with a half a brain would know better than get in to a customers car with grease on your hands when you working around light colored interior fabric. I've also had my wood steering wheel scratch the time previous to the last visit. One time I took it in, 6 years ago, I took my 2004 SLS in, and what ever mechanic was working on my car, punched a hole in the rain gutter around the trunk where when it rained, water entered the trunk. I noticed this when it rained and since my car was still under warrantee, Ed Morse replaced all of the rubber surrounding the trunk but it did not stop the water. It was later, after close inspection, I observed the hole punch in the drain. I placed duck tape over it and it solved the problem. I know how this happened because when I dropped my car off for a tail light replacement, who ever worked on my car had a problem with Law Enforcement because I had left my jacket in my trunk with the Sheriffs Office patches on the sleeves. Of course by the time it rains and you locate the problem, know one wants to hear your Hypothesis or believe it. These problems cost Ed Morse a lot of MY money because I can go to a drive through Oil Change, sit in my car and have my oil changed with out leaving my car. Why would I want to expose my car to damage and in trust it to Ed Morse with these kinds of problems that I have experienced in the past. I think Cadillac builds some of the best cars on the road and I've had three of them but I would not take for repair with the past incidences that I have described to you. I would like to note that the service manager Mike Murphy did take care of my car and while fixing my garage door openers, noticed that my Stabilizer light was continually on and took the initiative to fixed it with out having to be told. I was very impressed with that and it has given me hope that Ed Morse might be improving.

              I purchased a 2014 XTS. I had expectations on selection and price and the dealership exceeded in both categories. They were able to answer all of my questions and explained a lot of the functions on this car.

              DEALING WITH THE GREAT SERVICE TEAM IS ALWAYS A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND THEY MAKE THE ENTIRE PROCESS SMOOTH AND EASY.
