My 2010 Cadillac SRX was in park mode,...
My 2010 Cadillac SRX was in park mode, having just off my husband at work. When I shifted to drive, the car would not go forward. A message to service the Stabilitrak appeared. After turning off the engine and restarting, I limped home with the message still appearing. I called Ed Morse service and was connected to Cadillac Roadside Service. I was told who would call me when the car reached the dealership. (Fortunately, the car was still under warranty.) Steppes towing service arrived within an hour and they were excellent. Craig Hartman of Ed Morse called me a few hours later to tell me the car had arrived and would get back to either me or my husband later in the day with the analysis. By late afternoon, we received a call from Craig. He informed us that the engine computer would be reprogramed. We took the opportunity to have some routine maintenance done We were able to pick up the car the following day. I was very pleased with the initial service response, the roadside service and the work provided by Ed Morse. Craig was very professional and helpful throughout the process.

I brought my 2013 SRX in for CUE update...
I brought my 2013 SRX in for CUE update and a recall. While there Craig told me that my service was due. My car was clean and finished before Craig Hartmann said it would be. He was extremely helpful and accommodating. Love my car and love Ed Morse Cadillac service!
