Road Hazard

(Optional Coverage)

We want you to have peace of mind knowing that if your tire and/or wheel become unserviceable as a result of road hazard (debris on the road surface or road service conditions, such as potholes, cracks and breaks), your tire and/or wheel will be covered.

Car Rental

We understand that your vehicle is often a necessity. We provide an allowance for a replacement vehicle while your vehicle is being repaired.

Towing Allowance

We know that your vehicle does not break down in front of the repair facility, so we have an allowance to have your vehicle towed when necessary.

Trip Interruption

In the event that a breakdown occurs far from home, we will reimburse you up to $100 per day for three (3) days for lodging and meals.

Transferability

If you sell your vehicle within your contract terms, the remaining coverage can be transferred to the new owner, enhancing the resale value.

Flexibility

If you are unable to return to your selling dealership for repairs, we offer you the choice of the licensed repair facility that is most convenient for you.

National Coverage

With a Global Protection plan, you are covered anywhere in the U.S. and Canada. For access to an authorized repair facility near you call (800) 432-4566.

Claims Payment Methods

1. Payment made directly to Repair Facility via a check or our corporate credit card.
2. Payment made directly to Repair Facility via wire transfer.
3. Payment made directly to you.

Maintenance Plan

(Optional Coverage)

Available to you, whether purchased alone or in conjunction with another plan, the Global Auto Care Maintenance Plan and Global Auto Care Plus Maintenance Plan allow you to pay up front for regular intenance services for your vehicle at TODAY's prices. You can choose a package that best fits your needs; Lube, Oil & Filter Changes, Tire Rotations, Fifteen Point Inspections, Air Filter Replacements, In- Cabin Air Filter, Fuel Filter Replacement, Front Wiper Blade Replacements, and Front Brake Pad Replacements.

Prior Authorization

Prior to starting repairs, you or the repair facility must contact GPP at (800) 432-4566, if a mechanical breakdown occurs outside GPP's normal operating hours, GPP must be provided with the necessary documentation within ninety (90) days. Failure to obtain authorization prior to repairs may result in non-payment.

Exclusions

Your contract may not cover or apply to certain conditions. Please refer to the Exclusions and Conditions section of your contract.

Gold Plus

Covers major mechanical breakdowns in the following component areas:

Platinum Plus

Includes Gold Plus and other mechanical breakdowns in the following component areas:

• Emissions: Including fuel injection sensors, idle air control motor, and EGR valve
• High-Tech: Including electronic air suspension and electronic control modules
• Safety: Including air bag module and passive restraint module

Titanium Plus

Includes Platinum Plus and other mechanical breakdowns in the following component areas:

• Audio: Including factory installed radio, CD player, CD changer audio systems and speakers
• Convertible and sunroof motors
• Light bulbs
• Maintenance services & parts required in connection with a covered repair
• Navigational systems
• Sealed headlight beams
• Seat adjusters and tracks
• Theft deterrent systems
